thanks for your response

it seems the verizon apps are identifiable... so If i were to delete verizon apps and for some reason it screwed up my system, could i use the laptop sony/android repair to reset my system?

Greetings

I have a xperia z2 tablet that originally came with verizon data plan

I no longer have verizon data and have no sim card in the tablet...but i still use the tablet with wifi and as photo and video viewer.

I have no plan to use data on this device again.

I am getting messages when i boot and inturruptions about "no data card" all the time even in airplane mode.

When i delete certain verizon apps and/or disable them. They come back alive when the tablet reboots

The tablet is always trying to download verizon content and sometimes freezes up doing this.

I want to remove all the Verizon information on the tablet so i no longer get these messages.

Any ideas on what to look for or how to do it the best way?

Thanks for any help
