Microphone does not work during calls

Pls can someone help with this annoying issue, my phone got fixed twice and still.. I can't talk with the main microphone, only on speaker,people can hear me...
Its really annoying

Hi @Lo4,

Could you elaborate a bit? Has your phone been to service twice for this or was there another reason?
Do the microphone work if you test it in Diagnostics, as Phy suggested?
