I have recently been experiencing missed calls and can't seem to figure out why. Whenever somebody calls, it will go straight to voicemail and I do not receive any notification that they called. It doesn't happen all the time but it's still a problem as I need to receive calls for work. I find it tends to happen when the phone is left alone for awhile, particularly at night. But then again there are times when it is left alone and I still get some calls. Like it only works when it wants to. I checked the settings for stamina mode and added calls and tests to exceptions but I don't think it made a difference.

Hi @jean92,

As uliwooly mentioned this could be SIM/network related. I suggest that you try to change your phone's network mode to WCDMA/GSM and see if that would make a difference in this case.

You can change the network mode by going to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Network mode.
If it is already set to this network mode then try setting it to GSM only instead.

No sure if this is your case but if you did cut your normal sized sim card it will give you problems, better go get a micro SD card. If this is your case.
