Software version update error.

Dear support forum,

I have been facing update problem with my Xperia C3 dual. After downloading the software version I clicked on Install. Then phone got restarted and software version started loading. After loading 10-15% my phone got blanked and restarted. I tried it many times. But everytime its happening same thing. Then I tried by pc companion. Everything was ok, phone got switched off and the software version is preparing at pc companion. But nothing happened to my phone. After a long PC companion showed me to follow some steps. PC companion showed that disconnect the phone from pc, put off usb cable and switched off the phone. Then put on the usb cable at pc and holding the volume down button and connect the usb cable to phone. I did all those things. But my phone is not updating.

I am facing the problem for long time. Please help me to update my phone. I saw the previous post like this, and i tried all of your suggestion. But I failed.

Should i try with different computer. I think I'm facing problem with recovery boot or other reboot service. When pc companion ordered me to put off the cable and again put on cable with holding volume down key. I tried. Bt it wasn't working.
