I bought a brand new Xperia M Dual from Sony Authorized Store in India. Mobile worked fine for few months and then it started causing problems and it stopped getting charg ed and then I went to Sony Care, they replaced the battery and then after few days it stopped getting charged again and then Service Center executive submitted my phone to himself for a PCB replacement. After few days, I got that device and then again after few days it started causing the same issues of not getting charged or not turning on. In a warranty period of one year, it's PCB board got replaced for 3 times and as soon as it went out of warranty, it got the same issues and since then that phone is in my cupboard, switched off. A few of my friends had the same issue with their Xperia M Dual.

If it's a manufacturing defect by company why should consumers pay for it. I need a reply and solution for it.

What should I do?
It's clearly a manufacturing defect and motherboard which was already replaced thrice in warranty period, what's the surity that if I'll pay money this time to replace my motherboard, then that motherboard will work fine?
