Z1 Compact USB Jack Issue?

Dear Sony Team and Sony Users!

I'm using my Z1 Compact for one and a half year now.

Since about one month, i have troubles at charging the mobile.

When i connect the phone with the original sony wall charger, normally the red led is lighting
for about 2 minutes like usual. but then the red led goes on/off unrythmically.

Seems like it got a slack joint at the usb jacket from my mobile.

Then i have to relocate the usb cable around in the usb jack.

Sometimes it works then, sometimes i have to do this till my mobile is charged :smileycry:.
But sometimes it isnt charging, charging very slow or even discharging also when the red led is lighting constantly.

Now its getting worser, (Maybe the akku got deeply discharged too often through this)

I have to play with hard resets till my mobile starts when its turned off (ON/OFF button and, volume up and the hitten red button next the sim slot. Sometimes i have to connect it directly to the pc)

Now my Questions are:

-Why i got this Issue??

-How can I fix this Issue, which part(s) i have to replace?

I live in Austria so i have 230V pin earth socket (if this matters)

Ive stored really important stuff on my phone which i cant backup so i have to continue using my z1c

contact your local Sony Xperia support its a hardware issue
