The phone does not recognize any chip , is unsigned . I spoke yesterday with a woman of support she asked me to digital * # * # 7378423 # * # * then the Yes 1 IS Unavailible , then later sent connect the phone to your computer and do a repair, but still did not help my phone turned on how to plant and did not return to work the chip. And I need you to come back soon because I need the phone for work and he is no signal at all.

Since you talking about signal, I suspect that you mean the SIM-card? Have you tried different SIM-cards to see if same behaviour appear?

If you have tried different SIM-cards and also a software repair but you still have no signal, I would suggest that you visit nearest service center to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your Local support for information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way.
