      <description>One month in the cell using the screen just broke the glass more that's not the issue. Now with 7 months of use the phone does not recognize the chip more , I've done everything and Will not back up and running .</description>

      <description>The phone does not recognize any chip , is unsigned . I spoke yesterday with a woman of support she asked me to digital * # * # 7378423 # * # * then the Yes 1 IS Unavailible , then later sent connect the phone to your computer and do a repair, but still did not help my phone turned on how to plant and did not return to work the chip. And I need you to come back soon because I need the phone for work and he is no signal at all.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you talking about signal, I suspect that you mean the SIM-card? Have you tried different SIM-cards to see if same behaviour appear?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
