can any one help me plz ,i did press restart my phone once,but it never turn on .ti keep saying andriod is starting and optimising applications,then it turn off again and keep reapeting itself,plz tell me what i should do now..?

Remove the SIM and SD cards > and try again, if that doesn't work, then repair the phone with PCC
