I have a Z2 with 5.1.1 lollipop version updated since 3 weeks yesterday I want take a selfi but the won't "camera not available. I hard reset my phone but they problem persist. Can you support me

Try booting on safe mode and check if you can use the camera.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Hi,

Did you restore any backup/installed any applications after you did the factory reset? Follow Phys advice to boot into safe mode to see if same behaviour appears. Otherwise, does the front camera work in other applications?

I suggest that you perform a software repair using PC Companion to see if this can help. If same error message appears after you have reinstalled the software, you would do best by visiting nearest service center to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your Local support for information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way.
