&lt;P&gt;The best way to test if&amp;nbsp;an app is causing the issue is safe mode. It might be worth giving it another try in safe mode&amp;nbsp;since you've done the software repair and see if it is any better. If not, it's very likely a physical issue, even if it is intermittent. Give your local support team a call and see if there's anything they can do for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have Xperia Z1. For some time now, people have been saying that th quality of the voice call is so bad that they will have to call me back on my landline. I have check that "OK Google from any screen" is turned off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I recommend trying a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair/m-p/1061294#M23" target="_blank"&gt;software repair&lt;/A&gt; for the next step. Make sure you back up your phone before you do this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't work, &lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/contact-info/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;contact&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;your local support team as you'll probably have to arrange a physical repair on the handset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did all you advised. Then I called someone. He said it sounded good. But this morning he said it sounded terrible again. I'm not sure whether he didn't hear well last night because he was in a wine bar, or whether an app I have loaded since has messed it up. I guess I could disabl the apps I loaded, &amp;nbsp;(only 4 or 5), but right now I think I might just upgrade to a Z5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for all your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wendy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
