Z3 HOMEscreen rotate

Hi.i am new here and my english is poor.so i updated my z3 to 6.0.1 and after that my homescreen not rotating anymore, i cant find any option to turn it on, just global option for apps. Its very annoying when connecting phone to smart tv and rotating it everytime like idiot when come to home screen. I found that more people had some problems with rotate in older android versions also and lot of replies was to download 3rd part apps. I dont want to download extra apps,i paid money for phone as it was and now it lost functions. What .. Why update come as downgrade..? Where should i write to hope fix in future update?

Ok, my rotate home screen option has vanished, contacted support, instructed to use a third party app and on doing so i find out the screen does not fit. I.e. Icons are half off the top and bottom of screen. Unacceptable sony! I have been a sony customer for 20 years, i have 2 of these phones and will not be buying sony again. Goodbye sony, hello Samsung.

Link my post to one that does not answer my question, even if the same question. Well thanks. And someone explain to me why remove this option? I have already made it clear I do not want to use another Launcher. It was a sony point for my phone could do something so logical and practical while others could not. Now everyone can, do I have to install a third party software that does not interest me? Too bad, immense disappointment.
