Desperate for help on proximity sensor

Hi everybody

Just bought an Xperia Z3+,its been 4 days from now and since i did all updates,my proximity sensor doesnt work and screen stays always off during call and i cant bring it back.And i cant even end or close the call if the other part doesnt end the call.Sometimes it work and sometimes not.I dont use any cover or protection.I also did repair with Sony PC Companion,but still nothing.

Its been 4 days till today since im mad,i tried searching everywhere and every app people advised but none seems to fix it.

Really desperate for help or an advise.I love this phone,but this problem is driving me crazy.

Does the phone has a protective case, film or glass?

have you rooted or mod the software at all?

have you repaired the phone with PCC?

have you test it

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test

Just did it my friend,but still the same.:((((.Very desperate to fix this .I dont use case or cover.

They are all passed and successful.I dont use covers or protectors.

I paid 500 euro for this phone and its been just 4 days.:((.Did twice repair with Pc Companion and the same.The screen stays black and never come back.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

If it's a software issue you can try to repair the device with Sony PC Companion.
