Suddenly rear camera gives black screen

I was taking some picture and suddenly I got a black screen.

Then whenever I use the rear camera it gives me only black screen if I tried to take photo it took a while then give me a defect photo that i can't open.

it doesn't work for both photos and videos.

The front camera works fine.

I noticed also that I have an issue with the flash too that when I open it I can't close it except with a restart.

I have tried the following:

1-) force shutdown with power button and volume up

2-) force shutdown with the off key.

3-) factory reset

4-) repair through pc companion.

but unfortunatly all doesn't work.

I'm sorry to hear about this You're best bet here would be to contact your local support team and arrange a warranty repair.
