location service cannot find device

Hello Sony,

I accidently deleted my phone as a device, when first trying to test sony location service.

I'm now logged in with my google account both on my phone and on the website, but i got an error, that my device is not found.

I've tried restarting my phone.

I've logged in and out several times with google account, both on my phone and on my pc.

It's seems like my google account doesnt recognize my phone. Please help me get the locator back and working.

Are you using MyXperia or Android Device Manager.

I'll try, what if you test android device manager?

have you disabled any app of service?

stamina mode on?

battery app or taskiller?

do you have data/wifi on and GPS on?

I dont know what Android device manager is. i dont have such app.

I also deleted my google account and then logged it back in, but didnt help.

i dont use any battery apps. i dont know what a taskiller is.

I have turned on wifi, data and GPS and they are all working.

Hey,

Android device manager finds my phone.

I can also make it ring. with Android device manager everything seems to be working.

What could be the problem with myxperia?

For some reason it wasn't working for me yesterday but it is today, all my devices.

Without doing anything, it found my phone now.

Thanks for all the trouble. Seems like the fault was with the website not on my side.
