I own 2014 Z2 Tablet bought around April. After initial issues that were cleared with latest 4.4.4 build they didn't come back so far (I'm on 5.1.1 firmware .200 now).

Hello there,

I use a Sony Xperia Z5 compact and I am thinking about getting a Xperia Z2 tablet on top.

What concerns me, are various reports about touchscreen issues.

At the moment, I see quite a lot of "World Cup packages" where the Z2 is sold with a docking station. I guess that these "World Cup" editions have been produced early in 2014 so I wonder whether with these editions the touchscreen problem is more likely to occur?

Anyways, I would be glad if you could tell me about your experiences. How serious is this problem? Has it been fixed for all devices?

since this is a user based forum you will not get unbias replies, you could buy the Tablet and if you experience an issue return it to the store.

Thanks, but that's exactly what I want: People's experiences. Of course they are biased. And a comment from someone at Sony would be great.
