Xperia Z5 having Auto Factory Reset problem

HI all, My new Sony Xperia Z5 was auto Reset to Factory setting without any notification.

I bought this phone on 24 Dec lat year, within this 16 days, it was auto reset twice.

I was busy on transfer data after it auto reset and all the picture that I took in this phone was gone.

I am predicting that the phone will reset again on 14 Jan, I rsally need the help from the suppoprt team to prevent it from

Auto reset again, hope to hear from the support teams as soon as possible.

If someone has access to your Gmail password/account > they could use Android Device manager or MyXperia to reset your phone.
