What do the different battery saving features do?

in sony xepria aqua m4. there is a lot of options to save battery. im just confusing on it. pls suggest wt is best.?

Of course there is, you have stamina mode from sony under power management or inbuilt battery saver if you go to the battery graph and tap on the 3 dots.

From an Xperia manual:

STAMINA mode

Disable ‎Wi-Fi®‎ and mobile data when the screen is turned off, and restrict hardware performance.

Ultra STAMINA mode

Limit your device’s functionality to core tasks such as making phone calls and sending SMS messages.

Low-battery mode

Modify your device’s behaviour, for example, to adjust screen brightness and the screen timeout setting, when the battery level drops below a certain percentage.

Queue background data

Optimise outgoing traffic when the screen is off by sending data at pre-defined intervals.
