Xperia Z3 flight mode issue/bug

There's some weird problem with my xperia Z3. After changing the notifications to priority and restarting, my phone enters flight mode and flight mode can't be disabled whatsoever (Everything except network works). If I try to make a call it says flight mode enabled. Once i did a software repair and it worked, but the same thing happened again today and now even software repair or phone resetting doesn't work. Anyone else familiar with this weird issue?

Only network doesn't work? Do the WiFi and Bluetooth work correctly?

Yes everything except network works perfectly!

I suggest that you try another SIM card if possible, just to erase this possibility. And avoid manually cut SIM cards.

I tried using other sim, and even that didn't work so I ruled out that possibilty too. I took my phone to the nearby sony centre. They said there might be a problem with the motherboard, may be because of accidental water damage (which I don't think is possible, how can water damage effect only the network?). If that's the case I will have to spend about 10-12K Indian Rupees for the new motherboard and repair. I will be informed about the actual problem in a few days, will update you with that.

Ok this is getting frustrating and weird, now I got a quotation for repairing from sony center of Rs. 24,500 (INR). They said they will have to change the motherboard, screen and battery. I have no issues whatsover with the screen and battery and they say that everything WILL have to be changed, that's really crazy. I have started losing trust and loyalty towards sony after this. It's crystal clear that there is no prob with the phone except for the network issue I mentioned. (HOW COULD IT BE WATER DAMAGE?). Time to move on from sony?

I'm sorry to hear that, if they already open the phone, perhaps they have pictures of the issue.
