Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Loud Speaker Faulty

Hello, i just bought my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua on 30/12/2015 and today 9/1/2016 my phone speaker stop working it doesn't have any sound including ringtone, message and video.

Today i brought my phone to mobile shop where i bought phone and they give my answer my phone speaker is not covered by warranty because it was broken due to high volume usage but you know what i never set or use my phone more than half of its volume and it my first time watching video on youtube on this phone.

Do i need to pay for replace my self or keep claim warranty at that shop since its clearly not mu fault?

I'm sorry to hear that, but you have to contact your Local support to get your device inspected.

On a side note, I don't know how you could increase the volume to a point were you damage the speaker unless you use third party apps

Thanks, i never download third party apps that use loudspeaker. I only download facebook, instagram, photogrid and whatsapp because that the only thing i need on my phone.

I rarely watching video but today i m watching video to view the review of the car i plan to buy.

The phone itself as well as all the components are covered by warranty and should be fixed / replaced as far as you didnt damage it. I also dont understand how could the speaker be damaged by using high volume. You should send the phone to sony directly because the person in the shop doesn't seem a electronic expert if he actually said that.

Hi, bring my phone to sony centre today and they replace my phone to a new set. They said 1/8 M4 Aqua got faulty loudspeaker.
