Hi,

I sent my mobile repair 3 times, Problems are still here:

the screen has latencies and dysfunctions, I can't answer calls and write SMS.
the network disappears spontaneously.
even when all applications are uninstalled, it persists.

how can I ask for it replacement?

the warranty is still running

Please I need your help

Unfortunately, we at the support forum are unable to answer this question for you since warranty. repairs and replacement may differ from market to market. I suggest that you contact your Local support for further information how you can proceed in this matter.
