    <description>&lt;P&gt;(I could've sworn I replied to this the other day)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ah, you want to go the other way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you ever used an app called Tasker?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're savvy with programming - you could get it to test the Wifi signal against a DNS, and when it returns nothing, you could set the phone to "Mobile data always active"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, it seems it is the function I have in mind. Only one observation - it seems it react in case of&amp;nbsp;bad wifi signal, but not in case of bad internet connection. I made a test, I&amp;nbsp;interrupted the Internet connection of my router. So, in case of strong wifi signal without internet, it does not switch to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cellular.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
