Z5 call echo

Hi guys
Iv had my phone back from repairs for just under a week for a display problem. But iv noticed when I call people or when I get a call there is a load echo on the other persons phone. Has anyone else had this problem or do I need to send my phone away again

It seems a problem with Google Voice in Settings Google

Try to go to Search & Now - Voice - Ok Google - Deactivate everything

Ok so ...

Now u try in "SAFE MODE" and take a call and report here if it happens ...

If yes, u should call your local repair center that has done "this probabily bad service to u" and tell them that they did a bad work !

Tried safe mode and repaired with pc companion and still the echo remains 😢

It's all packed up and ready for another trip to the repair centre
