Google apps not working

So I have this problem with my m5, all google related apps (play store, chrome, youtube etc.) doesn't load anything with mobile data, although it works fine with wifi. I tried full system restore still the same, other apps like opera, twitter and others work fine with mobile data, I'm starting to get really frustrated because of this, any suggestions? 😕

Hi,

If it works fine via Wi-Fi, it sounds related to the network provided by your operator. Could you check if you have a proxy/port set for your internet APN that may interfere. You can find the internet APN via Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.

Thank you for the fast reply but i dont really know what to do at th APN. There are 3 choices in the APN which are celcom 3G WAP, celcom 3G internet and celcom 3G internet and MMS. The one selected is the first.

Try using the other two and see if that helps. The WAP profile may be for older mobile phones and not provide full internet access.
