BLACKBERRY Z10 TO XPERIA Z5 Premium

Having problems transferring from BbZ10 to xperia. Sony companion comesvupvwithvan error saying it needs an unencrypted bb backup file. I checked to make sure that the bb wasn't in encrypted mode, made a new backup, but still getting same message. Any suggestions?

Hi Phy Genius. Thanks for the reply. I tried using the companion, but kept getting an error saying the. Bbb file was encrypted. I made sure the z10 was not encrypted, made another backup, but still got the same message.
