Hello! The warranty on my phone is over, and there was a very serious problem.
Every 15-20 minutes (or totally by random) picture on my screen freezes for a minute or more. I can turn off screen, then wake phone back and... See the same picture! But, I can enter pin, unlock phone and make call, in other words I can still use software buttons.
If I shut down phone bu using pwr+volup buttons and turn on it again, I can see wide (~1cm) line of randomly colored pixels, like white noise, on the bottom of the screen.
It happens after 6.0.1 update.

What it can be and whether I should completely reinstall the firmware?

yeah you should try first to repair the software software repair using PC Companion

if still not fixed, you can still try to send your phone to your Local support,,
