&lt;P&gt;Do you have any screen protector on the phone and if so, could you try to remove that and see if that helps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did this happen directly after the update? It does not sound like it's software related.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anybody here have encountered issues after updating any of their xperia device to android lollipop 5.1?&lt;BR /&gt;I just recently upgraded my Xperia M2 Aqua firmware from android 4.4 to 5.1 when i frequently getting keyboard issues - typing random letters even if im pressing a different letter and the whole touch screen is also a mess. Tried factory reset, clear cache and reboot the phone and even disabled ang uninstalled most of my apps just to ckear some memory but still didnt help. Any help will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I have the same problem which happened immediately after I updated my m2 aqua but only a small portion of my screen works this has left my phone useless this is a problem in the software and needs fixed asap</description>
