Hi,

I had given my mobile for Service Job No.W115120502248 on Dec 5th 2015 I received my mobile on Jan 4th 2016 from my frnd since workload I couldnt travel to receive from service center.
I received my mobile with complete dented edges and back flip was not properly sealed. I can see Dust on Front camera. My Imei number has been changed too. After waiting 1 month I got disaster mobile. I had preserved my mobile like with Protection cover and Tempered glass (They have removed tempered Glass). I would never allow single scratch on that. I need to travel again 140 kms for service center for enquire.
Sony you are making your FanBoy to depress. You'll loose in market eventually.

How can we know manuf date of my mobile? There is White paper in SD slot does it provide any information?

Reason I gave for Service - Auto Shut down, Screen Freezes, Camera takes too long to save.

I don't think Sony will send a device in such condition, you might want to contact the shipping company but if they hand you the device in person then that's different and you must contact them as soon as possible, but how come you didn't pointed out when they handed it to you?

Yes, I would have gone to receive mobile I made mistake. I sent my frnd to take from service center. I am going to

after 4 days I have to travel 140 KMs, I have contacted service center and told him regarding issues. I got hectic work schedule still managing to go. Will update their reply. Service from sony is too Late they took 1 month for replacing this set.

I have 1 doubt, does sony claims water proof after Service of Mobile?

if its an official Sony repair center your phone will be waterproof after getting repaired, they will test it.

Thanks mate, Ill let you their reply this saturday. I had given service to official Sony center. I dont know how they can give me like that. May be they have tried advantage of my place living far from them. I wont leave till it get fixed. Im sacred he might not accept

problem from his end.

I gave Mobile to Service Center. Initially he was not accepting later I explained, he said sony wont accept for dents to service and never replace the mobile, He accepted again for Screen freezing and Heating issues. Being Sony Fan Im depresed. I never used mobile for 1 month. You know mobile Price will step down every month. So what the use taking mobile at higher cost when I get it to use when it is in lower price. It really hurts.

No, there is no relation between Shipping Facility and me. So I have contacted Authorised Sony service center. They have considered my issue they taking forward to concerend Authorities. Service center guy told mobile cant be harmed anywhere. But I showed poor workmanship of Sony, by sliding paper between gap of Back flip, proving it has not been sealed and showed dust in front camera too. He accepted it. But never agreed for dented issues. I wonder how sony gives such poor service. I think my mobile has been changed while transistion in service center. I waited for 1 month again another month, I'll never again buy sony.

As service is handled at a local level i'm afraid it's not possible for me to see any details of your service case so i'm not sure how this might have happened. But i do see that you have also been in contact with your Local support regarding this and they have raised your case and are looking into this. Please keep contact with your Local support for status and assistance.

Finally got my mobile replaced. Sony customer executive was confused when I showed Pic of Mobile. Sony must do audit of their Servce providers.

Yes, New mobile working fine.. I'm loving mobile. Don't have any lag. Thanks to Sony for replacing with new mobile.

I request Sony user for quality check when you get from service center.

The phone should be fully checked when you receive it from the service location so i'm not sure how this could have happened.

Yes, Even I'm not sure how can Sony dispatch mobile like that. I can give any details if anyone want to investigate on my case. I doubt on local service guy. May be he is replacing mobile who is coming from far rural areas.
Sony must be known for its Best class mobile
