Hi @cavita,

Has the phone been used with another SIM card previously? Or would it be possible for you to test the phone with another SIM card?

the thing i just did is changed the battery.. but no mobile network.. & also wifi only keep obtainig the adresses..no wifi connecting & no sim network servicess...

did you insert the simcard properly? is your phone simlocked to a particular network? if so you can not use other networks sims aside from the network you bought your phone in.

try to forget the wifi network, restart both router and device, and reconnect
