Cracked mirror back

Hi,

My name is Daniel Munoz, i had a distraction and my Z5 premium fall and crash with the floor, it's still working ok, but i yesterday i relalized that the back mirror have a scratch, so i touch and i felt a little diference between the 2 sides, i 'll buy the protector crystal (i know its late now), but the question is if my z5 still waterproof? or if i need change the back at some specialized sony center,

If someone know someting about it, please let me know.

Hi Danielkdc,

Welcome to the community,

If the back has been cracked, then no there will no longer be any water resistance in this case.

You would need to speak with Sony Mobile Customer Care within your region, they will be able to let you know what you need to do to get this resolved.

But it's better also on the front
