Not able to answer call

Hey
When the screen is active n I am getting a call it will be displayed on the top of the screen with answer n decline options but I am not able to tap on any of them. Kindly let me know if we have Amy settings to be turned on for this functionality to work out.. Facing lot of issues..

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test the screen

also, does your phone has a protective case or film?

Yes my phone is protected with tamper glass. I tested screen it's passed but I am not able to tap answer on decline button.

remove it and try again.
