Since I upgraded with Vodafone I have nothing but issues.

1st I got the phone cause it was the latest model with Sony and wanted to stay with Sony, where this point the camera did not work. It shows me message stating the camera app was closing due to increase of temperature.

2nd Within the two weeks of having it, I sent it back and got a replacement.

3rd My replacement Z3+ was now working with camera app ok but then it was overheating inside my pocket and it was idle.

4th I had a big all debate with Vodafone stating they cannot replace it as it's needs to go in for repair, now all of this was within space of two months having the phone.

6th I've sent it of for repair with Vodafone on 7th September 2015 and waiting to hear back.

I like to know if anyone has experience the same or if Sony is able to help me out on advice.

Thank you in advance.

If I assume from your IP you are in the Uk then on the 1st of October our laws change - So the short version is if your phone is returned fixed but has the same issue then you have the right to a replacement phone of the same or better quality or a pro-rata refund - So after one failed repair the law is in your favour where as at the moment there is no set amount of times a repair can be done

I have experienced the same when using the camera, error message appears!
Also when using skype after a while the mic goes on mute and the receiver sees the video but with no sound!
There is definitely something going wrong when using the camera (front & back) in these different modes.
Is sony going to fix this bug?

I sent my Z3+ on for repair last week and they could not notice anything wrong on it. They advise me to slowly install apps on to device. The last one I install was Clean Master now since that has installed it rebooted my device.
Not sure what to do now.

Why do yo nead Clean Master anyway. I don't use it and my Z3+ is OK. I tried it and don't like it because it cleans all my apps from task manager so apps have to load again. I hate Clean Master.
