    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Sony mobile WT19i, which is giving me issue of “continuous auto restart” after a unpredictable duration though battery is fully charged It seems, after connecting it to PC (loaded with PC companion 2.1(updated)), the issue get resolved for couple of hours, but then again get started I have also tried with factory reset, but issue is not getting resolved&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device details as follows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Model No.:- WT19i&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android Version:- 4.0.4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Baseband version:- 8x55A-AAABQOAZM-203028G-77&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kernel version:- 2.6.32.9-perf BuildUser@BuildHost#1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Build number:- 4.1.B.0.587&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly suggest the solution for the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waiting for reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amol&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Remove your&amp;nbsp;Sim and&amp;nbsp;SD card if you have one inserted and try as this is often the cause of a faulty Sim card or SD card making&amp;nbsp;intermittent disconnections causing the phones to reboot&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try to perform the software repair again and don't use 3rd party apps to enable bluetooth (if you need it enabled, do it manually and leave it like that).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
