    <description>&lt;P&gt;Most of the messages here deal with bugs or errors that is the natural usage of such a board. I do not want to report an error but something that went very well. To my opinion, Sony support has earned some praise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The front screen of my Z3 compact became loose. That's not exactly what you expect from a watertight mobile, but no one is immune to errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a short email communication I was sent a free shipping voucher. Delivered to the courier service, received a notice of receipt the very next day. Three working days later, the phone was sent back and is back on my desk after a mere week. Everything fine, tested plus additional screen protectors (the good ones, with the smart application system) and a nicely made brochure from the service department.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To my humble opinion, that is the best way service can be delivered: friendly, convenient, fast and satisfying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And - during the week I have learned how much I missed my Xperia...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
