This is something you would need to take up with Carphone warehouse as that network is there's or it could be the Sim card reader is damaged or the network isn't compatible with said device - I'm really not sure but I would go back to CPW and speak to them

SIM not functioning

I bought my Xperia Z3 Compact, unlocked, at London Heathrow. It has worked perfectly work my Kenyan Safaricom SIM, and my UK Vodafone SIM. I have changed into a contract provided by EE in UK (iD SIM from Carphone Warehouse) , yet the phone does not recognise my SIM is in the phone. I am in my second SIM from then, and the phone still states 'No SIM card - No Service'. The SIM did work in a Samsung however. I have even checked the Service Info SIM Lock, with all five words ending in '0' which I believe shows it is not carrier locked. The Rooting status states the "Bootloader unlock allowed: Yes". So please can you help me to figure out why my iD SIM(s) doesn't work? Many thanks, M
