You can contact Sony Xperia support see what they suggest or if they can evaluate the phone to see if it is a hardware problem with the phone.
http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/

Hey,

This morning I woke up with my phone having no connectivity to the network. I rebooted and had signal for 10 minutes or less. I have contiued to reboot on occasion to try to have the signal return, sometimes with success, and sometimes not. Then the Xd out SD icon appeared at the top. Seems to be an issue with the phone and not Bell. I attempted to boot in safe mode to troubleshoot and type appeared saying 'invalid card' I removed both sim and sd cards, blew out phone with air and returned them. No improvements.

I did drop my phone last night from less than a foot and it was working fine, and it has seen many worse falls.

What should I do to get things back in working order? Please help! thanks
