Hi @Cmrba

If in safe mode everything works ok, there is an app that is creating this issue, but you can uninstall one app and check if this problem is resolved after doing this. Keep us updated please.

I got my Xperia c4 a couple of days ago and when I record videos with apps such as snapchat or instagram the camera freezes and stops working. If I use the Sony camera afterwards it says the camera is not available. The only way of getting it to work again is restarting the phone. I have tried to open it in safe mode and the video recorder works fine but as soon as I open other apps and record a video the same problem appears... I have disabled Google OK and cleared the camera data and still persists.

Hello @xavinux, I have tried to uninstall snapchat and the problem continues with instagram, and when I uninstall instagram the problem continues with snapchat. As they are different apps and the problem is the same... Could there be a problem with the video recorder itself? I find it very weird as my phone is completely new.

Hi @Cmrba

I don´t think that there is a problem with your video recorder, as in safe mode everything works ok. I´m at disposal for any question.

Yes! I have the same problem too. I can't take a video on snapchat. Unless I take a video without moving too much then it works. Otherwise it just stops working. And the phone need a restart in order to work again. It is very frustrating.

Thanks @jonathanjustin85!!!!

I did exactly this procedure and now Snapchat is working for me!!! Thank you SO much!!

(It seems a little bit akward that "ok google" impacts snapchat negativelly... anyway...)
