my name is shyam , my phone is sony ericsson st18i, my phone is not showing home screen from 7 days... i dont know why its happenig??

my phone is taking charge but when i switch on my phone then on my display only it is showing sony ericssion and home screen also not showing ... after that it is not getting swich off also ....for switch off my phone i have to remove my battery always ....

i removed my sim and sd card then also same problem not showing my home screen......so please help me immediately

Charge the phone for 2 hours with a wall charger then repair the phone with PCC
