Problems during calls

Hi everyone,

My problem is that when I get a call or do a call while the wifi is on, I cannot hear anything from the phone even if I put it in speaker.

I've changed my both sims and tried another operators sims, the same happended. I've updated the software and do PCC and still the same problem. Also, the network bars drops for around five secounds from time to time for both sims.

So normal network call has no sound while WiFi is on? Or VOIP calls?

Can you try if this happens in Safe Mode?

if you have a voice recorder app remove it and reboot the phone.I've resolve in this way.
