Cant send sms after update

Hi
I just updated my Phone just as it has been naging me to do for ages but now i cant send text messages. I have tried restarting and checked The sms central no. If I change Phone i can text. I tried updating The Phone further but there are no more updates accoring to my Phone. Can someone plz help me!!

what if you repair the phone with PCC?

Its an Xperia z3 compact. I did The pcc repair but still not working. I tried using my sim card in another Phone and The texting worked so it must be The update that is The problem.

Which messaging app are you using? does it work while on safe mode ?

Not working in safe mode either. Im not sure of The name of The app. Translated from swedish its roughly messages. The standard app that came with The Phone. A speech bubble with : ) in it icon.

Yes everything else works but sending and receiving texts.
