Micro usb not working anymore

I can't charge my tablette z2, since the usb doesn't seems to work anymore.

Is there another way to chage my tablette, cause now, I can't use it anymore?

I tried a magnetic, but doesn't seems to fit , I guess it's for phone.

Hi Houblonde

Welcome to the community.

If you aren’t able to charge the tablet through the USB port you can use a magnetic charging dock to charge it, here is the information about the compatible accessory.

I would suggest checking to see if this is a potential hardware problem. To use Xperia Diagnostics

Go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics.

Tap Test device.

Select the Charging

Follow the on-screen instructions.

If it fails the test have a chat with your contact your Local support team as it will need to be serviced.

I do not have the diagnostic in this menu.

Maybe my firmware is not up to date? 10.5.1.A.0.283

But i can't update it tell me my batery is too low.

But thank you for the answer i'll try the magnetic charger.

I'm not sure anymore I have a z2, I fou d a video and I don't have this connector at the bottom.

Happy to help.

If you have on older version of the OS you can install the diagnostics tool directly here, if you still have enough battery.

If you do need to a look for a magnetic dock double check the model of your tablet as each of the docks are designed to work with a specific model of device.
