What is Error 100

hello

i have sony Xperia z5 , i forgot my home screen passcode, so i'm trying to repair it using Sony PC Companion , everything works fine until it uploaded from PC to Mobile , then i get this message ( Unable to download your Device software. Please check your internet connection or try later.) , and when click on ( cancel ) this window appears shown in the Photo attached, i disabled my antivirus and firewall, i tried a different PC , i even tried a different Internet Service Provider

what should i do ?

please help

Welcome to the community,

In many cases this problem is related to the Java installation and/or Update Engine installation on a PC.

You may need to update or reinstall Java on your machine to rectify this issue. You may also need to add PCCompanion.exe to your firewall exception list.

before i try to update Java , i tried to switch on my phone and it got worse , on boot screen told me to connect to PC, after that the update process worked fine and now everything is working and im using my phone now that was weird but awesome
