Hard reset Xperia SP

Anyone knows how to do a hard reset for a Xperia SP C5302?, I´ve tried to get access to the Android system recovery following the steps in many tutorials, such as: pressing power button and Vol up + Vol down for a few seconds but, pressing power and camera button at the same time, but unfortunally any of these options works.

We all have the option to perform backup & reset on the phone settings panel, I did it, but the phone still´s running very slowly!!, I´ll appreciate your help.

Do you mean that you want to factory reset your phone? Or what do you mean by hard reset?
