My Sony Xperia Z is Not run Apps in Setting menu;

"unfortunately, setting has stopped".

in Safe mode is so!

Setting --> Apps; "unfortunately, setting has stopped".

Help me! How to fix!

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..
