    <description>Hello, i have a problem with touch. When the phone is wake up by me touching become active without touching the screen. Screen become to changed like someone touch the screen even browsing or typing something like someone type another things not me. The second problem is with vibration. Vibration become slow like down the energy from motor. Anybody have those problems?</description>

&lt;P&gt;The problem might be hardware related, things to test&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;settings &amp;gt; about phone &amp;gt; diagnoticst &amp;gt; test the phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;also, does your phone has a protective case or film?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>In Bulgaria nobody answer of the phone or e-mails in working hours! Same problems in safe mode also.</description>
