hi good day i was trying to register my xperia Z3 compact online but it says that my IMEI is not valid. tried both in mobile and desktop. pls help

Hi,

Please make sure that you are entering the IMEI number without any hyphens ( - ), it should be entered with only numbers. Otherwise, could you send me a PM with your IMEI number and I'll check from here?

i send this imei no. and it says not valid IMEI... The Chrger slot and SD card slot cover is loose.. i bought my z3 compact for only 2 weeks... help me to fix it.. what should i do?

There should be no requirement for you to add the IMEI to the website for a warranty claim, simply call the Sony Mobile Customer Care line, they will be able to help.
