Xperia M5 front camera

My front camera dosen't work. I try factory reset and repair work Sony PC companion and nothing happened.
It work first 10 day and I turn that app in camera bought camera in same time and front camera is dead now.

I'm sorry to hear that, contact your Local support as it could be a hardware issue, does it work while on safe mode ?

what about Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone?

I try safe mode and also clear everything and didn't help. I try in one store and they told me no way, they didn't won't open Sony phone because Sony have problem with camera in almost all model and they say better to sell this and buy iPhone or Samsung

I just wona good phone, I buy always Sony, smart watch and everything from Sony, but I'm disappointed now, I buy almost the best phone from Sony and after 10 day my 13 mpix front camera it's broken... Now I need to pay that because I don't have warranty on amazon... Samsung it's probably better

I didn't go in Sony store to ask them, but I don't have warranty on this cellphone? I buy sim free on amazon.

Contact Amazon regarding this, they might be able to help you, was this phone "new" or used? I don't think you should assume that this is a Sony problem since it was bought through Amazon, with that said, have you unlocked the bootloader? dropped the phone? exposed the phone to water, rain, etc?

Not dropped, no water and rain. It's in perfect condition. I buy them new. Sony put this cellphone on market and I buy them after two day. I was in USA and o buy this cellphone there, now I'm home in Europe in Serbia. On this say was since NO WARRANTY now I need to pay repair and probably buy Samsung or iPhone. I don't think repair will be chief because it's latest Sony model M5 with 13 Mpix front

Well there you go

1st that phone it is NOT from the US

2nd it was bought through a third party (amazon)

3rd The ad says NO WARRANTY

4th you MUST contact the seller and ask him/her where is this phone from, and ask for the receipt or whatever its required by that Sony Xperia Care to get it repaired.

I understand your frustration but this is not a Sony issue but you and the seller, contact Amazon, they might be able to mediate this problem.
