Downloaded game not playing

Hi. I recently downloaded a game called Zenonia 4 from the play store but its not playing, my phone is new and I have enough space, the AVG protection app scaned it and it was safe to open, this also happend to Metal slug which my friend sent me via Shareit. What might be wrong?

Did you downloaded the games from the play store? if you did and you are experiencing issues, contact the game developer as its up to them to address any bugs/issues.

Contact the game developer, you can also uninstall it and reinstall it.
