I cant relock my sony z3

i have unlocked my bootloder on sony z3 dual.

now i want to relock it to update the phone.

i saw on xda a simple methode using flashtool , i tried it but it's still unlocked.

so is there another thing that i can use to relock it again ?

then why it's not working ? even though im using the lastest version of flashtool
