I Tried to download the settings for my internet but it keeps on telling me that it could not be downloaded. I tried it couple of times.

Hi Akina

Welcome to the community.

Have a chat with your network operator. They will either be able to send those out to you over the air or walk you through what to do. They should direct you to Settings > More… > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > + Add Access Point Name

Then they will be able give you the exact calibrations to set your Access Point Names up.

Restart your phone > try again

turn on WiFi > try again

Enter them manually

settings > more > mobile networks > APNs > fill up the APN settings > save

When I receive messages the time stamp is incorrect, how can I fix this?

My stamina is off.

I tried to go to settings and Internet and MMS settings download

but it keeps on telling me that the settings could not be downloaded and go to sonymobile.com

to have the right settings.

I download the new uptdate this morning, but now my cell phone is stuck the animation before it's start. What can i do ?
