Internal Storage Problem

My Data like music,pic,videos in internal storage are not showing in other apps like mxplayer ,album, video
Except FileCommander app.
I have reset my phone 2 times.
First time it was solved but this problem comes again and second time I reset my phone it doesn't solved.
If anyone have any solution pls help me.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
